Kendall Construction has been serving as a leading Custom Home Builder since 1964 when Orval Kendall brought his talents to Estes Park.  His son, Del Kendall, joined him in 1989 to help run the "family" business.  In 2017, a joint venture, Kendall Joslyn Construction, Inc., was formed to partner with Ray Joslyn.  In 2022, Del Kendall, after many years in Estes has retired.
